Must one be 18 years of age to enter Théâtre Paradoxe ?

Theatre Paradoxe holds an amphitheater permit, not a bar licence, so minors are allowed inside. Our staff may ask for identification when purchasing alcohol. Moreover, any minor caught drinking will be expelled immediately from the premises.

Is there access for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the hall is not yet adapted for people with reduced mobility. The installations are coming soon. A temporary ramp can be installed for some events, for more information, please call 514 931-5204.

Is there an elevator?

Unfortunately, there is no elevator at Théâtre Paradoxe yet.

Is the coat check mandatory ?

Yes, the coat check is mandatory.

Can I use a camera or video camera at Théâtre Paradoxe ?

It is strictly forbidden to use cameras or other recording devices during shows.

What is the procedure to follow if I lost my tickets?

If tickets were purchased by phone, online or at our box office, please contact us at 514 931-5204.  Reprinting fees may apply

What time should I come for a show?

Doors open an hour before the show starts. In order not to delay the beginning of the show we kindly ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts.
